We offer Free and Easy Returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds for Prepaid Orders: Will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • Refunds for COD Orders: Will be transferred to your bank account. Please provide your bank details for processing.

Reporting Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Products:

If you receive a product that is defective, incorrect, or damaged, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Chat with us via our WhatsApp at +91-996799004 to create a return request.
  2. Provide your registered mobile number or email ID, and upload a clear photo of the product you wish to return, taken with your phone camera.
  3. Specify the reason for the return.

Once we receive your request, our DukanDeal Return Team will contact you within 24 to 48 hours to evaluate and process your return. We will also arrange a pickup based on the evaluation.
